Inspired by the Past. Built for the Future.
Corey Booth
Founder, Builder
Corey was born into a family of artists, designers, builders, thinkers, and tinkerers—and has spent his life carrying that legacy forward in his own way.
As part of the Booth family lineage that established the Cranbrook Educational Community, creativity and craftsmanship weren’t just encouraged—they were foundational. That influence shows up in everything he builds today: thoughtful design, technical precision, and a deep respect for the process.
Professionally, Corey is an illustrator with over a decade of experience. Working as the Lead Color Designer on Rick and Morty, bold visual storytelling and attention to detail are part of the daily craft. This approach carries directly into his guitar work, where aesthetics and function coexist seamlessly.
In the workshop, Corey approaches his guitars not just as instruments, but as objects of design built to last. Every decision is intentional. Inspired by classic rock, blues, and the feel of vibe of vintage instruments, his builds chase that connection between player and tool—where a guitar doesn’t just sound right, it looks and feels right.
The goal isn’t to reinvent the wheel—it’s to build guitars that belong in the same conversation as a Les Paul, SG, Stratocaster, and Telecaster. Great feel. Great sound. Built by someone who cares.
